I am disabled, or have an injury - how do I purchase Accessible Seating?

  • There is no need to purchase a designated accessible seating ticket.
  • When you arrive to the venue on the day of the show, please notify anyone with event security and they will happily bring you a chair and take you to our ADA section.

What is the difference between GA1 and GA2 tickets?

  • GA1 and GA2 are both general admission tickets and get you the same access. We have a set allotment of GA1 tickets and once those are sold out they move to the GA2 tier, which is priced slightly higher.

Can I save money on convenience fees by purchasing tickets in person at your box office?

  • Absolutely. Tickets purchased in person at the box office will be the cheapest option. There is only a $2 per ticket box office fee. The box office is open on all show days starting one hour prior to doors.

Why can't I find an event on the website?

  • Events listed on the website are confirmed, announced, and have an on-sale date.
  • Some events are private, and therefore not available to the public.
  • When in doubt, check the artist’s website or contact us.

How do I buy tickets?

  • Tickets are available for purchase on the Calendar page and www.axs.com.

    • Event nights starting thirty minutes before doors (closing time is event-dependent).

How do I purchase accessible seating?

For accessible seating at the Bluebird Theater please arrive at the event 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of opening doors. If you are unable to arrive at that time or have specific seating requirements, contact the box office at 303-377-1666 prior to the event.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a concert calendar for events in my area?

  • Subscribe — Click here to subscribe to receive email alerts for presales, cool stuff and info on events in your area.
  • Unsubscribe — You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by editing your profile here or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the concert calendar you receive.

I am looking for employment information, where can I find it?

Bluebird Theater only accepts resumes submitted through our corporate website. A current listing of available job openings can be found on this page.

How can I meet the band?

  • Only official artist representatives can grant backstage access to meet the band.
  • If a meet and greet opportunity is available for purchase, this option will be noted as such on the event’s purchase page.

How do I get directions to the show?

Please visit our directions page for detailed directions and a map.

I can’t find my confirmation email/tickets?! / I haven’t received my tickets in the mail?!

  • Search your email history for "AXS".
    • If you purchased the e-ticket option, your tickets will be attached to an email from AXS.
    • All information you need - including tickets and door/show times can be found in this email.

Can you scan my e-ticket off of my phone, or do I need to print it out?

  • We can scan off your phone. Save the paper!

Do you allow service animals in the venue?

  • We allow service animals as long as the appropriate paperwork and verification are available for our review.

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

CANCELLATION

  • Online purchases will be automatically refunded. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to hit your account.
  • If you did not get your tickets online, refunds are available at point of purchase.

POSTPONED

  • Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date
  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact AXS.

Where can I find a seating chart?

  • Unless explicitly listed as otherwise, The Bluebird Theater is general admission/standing room only. There is a very limited amount of first-come, first-served seating in the balcony.

What time does the Box Office open?

What time can I pick up my will call tickets?

  • Will call tickets are available for pickup one hour before doors on the night of your event only.

Can I buy tickets to future shows at the box office?

Yes.

  • Event nights starting thirty minutes before doors (closing time is event-dependent).
    • Doors times can be found on event listings page.
  • Tickets for events at the Ogden, Gothic and Bluebird Theaters can be purchased at all three venues.

What's does the venue accept as a "valid ID"?

  • A current, government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID)
  • A copy of your birth certificate, driver's permit, combined with a photo ID (e.g. school ID, gym membership) 

I bought a ticket from a third-party seller. How do I know if it’s valid?

  • The only authorized third party seller we work with is Flash Seats
  • We cannot verify the authenticity of any other third-party vendors.
  • With any concerns/changes, always contact your original point of purchase.

Where can I park?

  • Street parking is available.

Do you have a coat check?

  • We do have a coat check on most shows during the winter season. Please contact us to confirm availability.
